Insights from Podfest Expo 2024

I just got back from Podfest Expo, and had a great time! I came away with some great business lessons, new friends, and some tips for you.

Consider the location, too! Orlando was the perfect backdrop for some pre-conference fun, and let me tell you, hitting up Disney with fellow podcasters was a highlight for sure. So, next time you’re planning your conference calendar, factor in some extra adventure time.

Last but not least, let’s talk networking.  I am so bad at this!  And get so nervous before a conference just thinking about it!

Whether it’s over dinner or at a meetup, take the time to get to know your fellow conference-goers. You never know—they could become your next collaborators, cheerleaders, or lifelong friends.
